About the Role:
Olivine is a wine bar like no other, set in the original cells. We are currently seeking a dynamic Junior Sommelier to support the Bar Manager and team in this venue.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
At least 2 years' experience working in the hospitality industry Passion for the wine industry Basic knowledge of wine and spirits Basic skills in supplying, dispensing, and mixing liquor Exceptional service skills and guest-focused Adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods Proven ability in building effective relationships and being a part of a high-performing team Organizational and time management skills Exceptional communication and presentation Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts WSET qualifications are advantageous Must possess a valid Victorian RSA certificate What's in it for you:

Who we are:
This venue forms part of a larger hospitality development on the original Pentridge site managed by TFE hotels. The other parts of the development include The Interlude (5 star boutique hotel), Chapter Place (conferencing and events), Olivine (wine bar), and the Adina Apartment tower.
