Job Responsibilities: Very strong understanding of Oracle Identity and Access Management suite 10g/11g.Serve as a key member of the Oracle Identity Management implementation team.Play a vital role in engaging activities and manage the team in Designing and Implementation phases.Strong experience in installation, configuration, and upgrade of Oracle IAM products Suite on Unix/Linux platform.Design and architect overall IAM solution using Oracle's stack and understand interoperability from an architectural and design perspective.Strong experience with Oracle Identity Management 11g (OIM), Oracle Access Management 11g (OAM), Oracle Unified Directory 11g (OUD), Oracle Virtual Directory 11g (OVD), Oracle Enterprise Manager 11g (OEM) and Oracle Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).Experience in architecting and deploying Identity and Access Management, LDAP Directories, Single Sign-On (SSO), Provisioning and De-Provisioning/Identity Workflows, Access Management, RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), Authentication and Authorization, as well as custom-built security and technology frameworks.Involved in end-to-end implementation of IAM solution using Oracle suite of Identity and Access Management that includes requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, maintenance, and upgrades.Experience in integrating web applications through OAM and external applications through SAML and Identity Federation.Knowledge in virtualization tools used to develop proof of concept solutions leveraging VMWare Workstation, Oracle VirtualBox, VMWare vSphere, and Oracle VM Server.Experience in architecting user provisioning, multi-factor authentication and authorization, compliance and governance, web and single sign-on, and privileged user management for elevated servers, databases, and applications to support compliance and regulatory standards.Exceptional understanding of OIM UI Customization using Oracle ADF Task flow is a must.Experience with designing and customizing SOA Workflows.Knowledge in developing Custom Connectors and frameworks.Solid knowledge in development and implementation of workflows and data integration/transformations in an identity management project using Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) workflow engine.Hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM 11g) and BI Publisher development including Provisioning, De-provisioning, and Reconciliation functions of OIM.Experience on WebLogic configuration, clusters, and servers management.Good understanding of Java code to troubleshoot OIM out-of-the-box (OOTB) code and to use OIM APIs.Strong SQL and Java development skills.Understanding of installation and implementation of different out-of-the-box connectors like Active Directory and ability to work on custom connectors.Understanding of and experience in Agile and Lean methodologies.Additional knowledge in AWS is advantageous with AWS Certification.Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high availability and performance.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Provide technical input, advising, and assisting with designs, enhancements, and requirements.Technical influence by offering experience and knowledge to assist others in making decisions.Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.#J-18808-Ljbffr
