Your new role The Oils & Lubricants Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing Inland's lubricant and oil sales out of their Dubbo Depot.
You will provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Ideally, you will have or will be willing to gain a broad knowledge of lubricants and oils, and will have a strong background in a sales or retail capacity.
You will: Manage sales of oils & lubricants to Inland's Dubbo customer base Deal with incoming customer enquiries and provide advice based on clients needs Assist with implementation of sales and marketing strategies Work closely with the Business Development Manage to increase sales Address any Quality concerns in a timely and professional manner Ensure stock levels are adequate to meet demand About you: Sales or Marketing Qualification is desirable Proven record in a similar sales position, with ability and drive to achieve sales targets Strong communicator, able to build rapport and maintain strong relationships Industry and product knowledge is advantageous Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Current Drivers licence Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members and external partners This position is based in the Dubbo office and reports to the Business Development Manager.
You will have a wide range of autonomy and must be a self-starter, demonstrate the ability to prioritise, accept responsibility and explore and offer solutions to a wide range of challenges.
