Ohs Officer

Your key responsibilities include: Build upon an existing Workplace Health & Safety framework and strategyConduct site inspections, manage risk assessments, & conduct training when neededIdentify hazards & risks on site and take action to minimise potential harm to personnelEnsuring the workplace is compliant with laws and regulationsManaging / Administering the OHS incident reportingCollating and maintaining HSW data to assist with reporting and data analysis.Raising purchase orders and ordering and processing deliveries of HSW-related materials.Updating OHS noticeboards and staff intranet OHS pages.Assist the HSW team with project managing organisation wide improvement initiatives and projectsYou will have the following: Relevant qualifications in OHSPrevious experience in an OHS role for a multifaceted organisationExcellent stakeholder engagementPractical knowledge and understanding of underlying principles of OHS and Injury Management/Return to Work (RTW).Benefits: Inclusive and supportive cultureFlexible hybrid working conditionsWorking for a community focussed organisationAt Charterhouse, we embrace, and value, diversity of culture, working arrangements, sexual orientation, and gender identity.
