Join DOF as a Casual Offshore Vessel Coordinator - Marine! We are seeking an experienced Offshore Vessel Coordinator to join our maritime team. This is a casual role with a remote rotation for 4 weeks commencing in December.
The Offshore Vessel Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all vessel operations, ensuring efficient management of resources, compliance with safety standards, and maintaining effective communication between the onboard crew and shore-based teams. Your expertise will play a significant role in overseeing various aspects of marine operations, including logistics, crewing, and compliance with regulatory frameworks. You will work closely with vessel masters, crews, and onshore crewing members to ensure a seamless execution of offshore activities.

Responsibilities Proven experience in a similar role within marine or offshore environments is essential. A good understanding of marine operations, safety protocols, and compliance regulations. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel, including other vessel management systems. Experience in logistics and operations management within the offshore marine industry is preferred but not essential. BOSIET with CA-EBS certification and a valid maritime medical certification is required. Resilient, adaptable, and flexible approach to meet challenging operational and vessel requirements.
