We ask employees to be present in the office at least three days per week.Are you ready to bring the right energy to Petrofac and help us deliver a better future for everyone?JOB TITLE: OFFSHORE LOGISTICS SUPERVISORKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Issuing, handling, manifesting and management of materials across a large-scale project in the offshore sector, facilitating movements of materials to coincide with schedule requirement for most cost-effective movement, considering all logistical facets of operation and scheduled/unscheduled offshore operations.Communicating with suppliers to ensure materials are packed and delivered according to Company procedures.Managing non-compliant materials and personnel travelling offshore.Liaising with and supervising movement of personnel (company personnel, sub-contractors, etc.) from point-of-hire to offshore facility and return.Liaising with internal and external stakeholders where required to facilitate.Supervising subordinate members and subcontractors performing work scopes offshore, ensuring safe and efficient operations in the best interest of the company and clients.Supervising offshore marine crews and crane crews ensuring safe loading and unloading of company and sub-contracted cargo between vessels, platforms, etc.Supervising material and equipment deliveries informing Management of shortfalls of equipment and packaging compliance.Reviewing and supervising the performance of third-party service providers in relation to the project.Reviewing and maintaining material receiving reports against shipping documents to verify that material has been received, initiating follow-up actions when required.Reporting on all Materials and Logistic matters to the project team, including weekly and monthly summary reports.Supply chain expertise and support to the team.Control of the stores and consumables for the project.Staging of materials and equipment.Works as part of the readiness and execution teams.ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:Experience in supporting offshore operations.Experience in supervising sub-contractors or subordinates.Track record of coordinating all logistics and materials disciplines associated with the support disciplines necessary to facilitate an offshore operation.Knowledgeable in the complexities associated with marine chartering.Performance driven.Ability to propose, and obtain buy-in to, a compromise solution, in instances where conflicts of interest arise.Ability to easily communicate with external stakeholders and subcontractors.Feel confident in their ability to challenge any plan or existing condition.Ideally, 10+ years' experience in a similar logistics/supply chain operations role, preferably in an oil and gas environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
