As part of this, we are now looking for an experienced Logistics & Supply Officer to join us at our manufacturing Site in Westbury, Tasmania.
About the Role Our Logistics & Supply Officer is an integral member of our Supply team with the following key responsibilities:
Raw material purchasing, supply, compliance, storage and inventory in line with planning.
SAP receipt conciliation and distribution of inward goods.
General Site procurement.
Control of Maintenance spares store - procurement, storage and inventory.
Laboratory Chemicals and Consumables procurement, distribution and reconciliation.
PPE procurement, storage, distribution and reconciliation.
About You Minimum 3 years' experience working in a large industrial stores environment.
Fit and strong work ethic.
Proven interactions with transport companies and suppliers.
Computer savvy with demonstrated experience working with logistics software (SAP & Maximo experience highly regarded).
Strong attention to detail.
In addition, you will be a strong communicator, energetic and enthusiastic, a team player with the ability and willingness to assist others as part of an 'internal customer' focus.
