About the role Saraji has an exciting opportunity for an Officer Administration Support within our Production team!
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the broader production team:
Ordering supplies and raising purchase requisitions including equipment hire Assigning unassigned workers to the correct responsible person in Right Crowd Booking flights and accommodation including camp requests Managing accommodation wastage AMEX card reconciliations Updating Manager plan on a page each month with the department's results from the previous month Raising HR requests when required Data entry, managing crew lists and running reports in Corvus Regular usage in Microsoft Office apps e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word About You The successful candidate will have the following skills:
Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks Positive communication skills Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines Problem-solving skills with the ability to implement solutions Previous experience in mining is recommended Supporting a diverse workforce At BHP, we recognise that we are strengthened by diversity.
