Key Responsibilities:Regularly review and achieve best possible terms and conditions with suppliers.Ensure optimal presentation standards are maintained across the Office Environment, including Reception, Kitchen, Meeting Rooms.Contributor in the Social Committee, supporting internal events.Purchasing and maintaining Office Supplies, Catering, Stationery and/or Equipment.Work closely with Functions to coordinate the Induction of new team members in SO. This includes first day routines and tours. For overseas expats, this will include providing their welcome pack and supporting with some onboarding processes.Regularly maintain and ensure all centralised tools are being utilized and updated as required including; Weekly movements, SO Phone contact list etc. and follow up where necessary.Proactively liaise with all functions in order to support and facilitate internal and external events.Qualifications:Strong sense of customer service, collaboration, interpersonal skills, and professionalism.Strong planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize.Driven to use own initiative with a solution-oriented mindset and strong follow through.Ability to provide feedback in a constructive and professional way.Works well in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to be agile.Maintains an approach of continuous improvement.A fashion and brand ambassador.Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills.Proficient with Microsoft tools, such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.Previous experience as receptionist, administrative assistant, or other office assistant position is preferred.Additional Information:This is a full-time role based in our Sydney Support Office, reporting to the Country HR Manager.
