Randstad, in collaboration with the NSW Electoral Commission, is seeking Gatekeepers, Results Management Officers, and Registration Officers to join our team for the Local Government Elections 2024.
We have multiple positions available over a two-week period. Please see details below:
Gatekeepers Manage the movement of ballot papers between the logistics, batching, and data entry teams. Problem solving Computer skills Ability to follow instructions Results Management Officer Support the Results Management Manager Liaise with the Manager to request investigation checks on counts to ensure all steps have been taken to resolve variances Liaise with Count Managers or Returning Officers to identify and explain variances Ensure meaningful comments have been recorded in the system to adequately explain all variances that exceed Results Management tolerance Registration Officer Data entry of count results Print batch header sheets Provide assistance and support to batching supervisors Problem solving and accuracy Ability to follow strict guidelines Ability to undertake repetitive work Computer skills Good To Know Dates: 16th September - 28th September Days: Monday - Saturday Hours: Between 8am - 6pm depending on role Pay: $35.86/hour + super What else?
