About the Role:
Our client is a beautiful boutique family-owned agency and is actively seeking a Receptionist to assist with sales support tasks.
This is a great opportunity to work in real estate and watch your career grow.
Work from Monday to Friday while receiving direct mentorship from industry-respected individuals.
Your responsibilities will include:
General office adminSupporting the sales teamPrepare for listing presentationsPreparing Open PacksAnswering and Diverting CallsCoordinate with valuers, inspectors, councils, and solicitors to ensure smooth sales and timely appointments.Skills/Experience:
To be successful in this role you will have a keen drive for a career in real estate.
You will also have:
Excellent Computer SkillsPrevious Administration / Reception ExperienceBe Very Well PresentedCertificate of Registration Ideal But Not NecessaryStrong Communication & Customer Service SkillsHave an excellent attitudeBenefits:
