About the Role The Office Support Administrator is essential for maintaining the efficiency and organisation of our business/office operations. This role handles a variety of administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. Additionally, this individual coordinates office events and assists with travel arrangements, acting as a key point of contact for both internal and external communications. This role also involves providing general support to all staff and clients, ensuring a smooth and productive office environment.
Your key accountabilities will include:
Provide consistent, collaborative, expert, and easy service to internal and external stakeholders.Coordinate facilities management services across all Australian locations.Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords, including the corporate travel agent.Process invoices and requisitions as needed.Oversee work health and safety activities according to company policies.Organise office operations, control correspondences, design filing systems, review supply requisitions, and monitor clerical functions.Ensure office maintenance is performed by authorised contractors.Coordinate logistics and deliveries across all Australian locations.Assist with staff onboarding and offboarding processes.Assist with coordinating staff attendance at workshops, meetings, and company events.Perform ad hoc duties as required.About You We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who excels in administrative support and problem solving. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
