Burnett's Plumbing Supplies seeks an experienced Office Supervisor to provide pivotal support across our 5 branches from our South Geelong head office. Our dynamic business, serving the Geelong Region with a team of over 40 staff, offers a diverse and engaging work environment.
We are looking for experience in but not limited to:
Manage accounts payable and receivableProficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet managementConduct bank reconciliationsAssist with financial year-end preparationsHandle payroll using Employment HeroCoordinate staff rosteringEnsure compliance with taxation and BAS preparationIT proficiency preferredWe eagerly anticipate welcoming a dedicated Office Supervisor who shares our passion for excellence and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
