Office Production Assistant

Prodigious is an award-winning global production company, part of the connected Publicis Groupe network, providing production services across all channels, both to agencies and directly to clients. Within our business we also have Prodigious PLAY, our agile creative content division, with integrated specialists and expanded capabilities across content strategy, creative, social and production.

We design and deliver bespoke content experiences for our clients, shooting in our purpose-built studios and work collaboratively with our client partners to bring create and produce high-calibre content for brands.

As the Office Production Assistant , you?ll be supporting the Production team across workflow and resourcing, finance reconciliation and reporting. As well as working closely with the Operations teams with ad-hoc and admin-based tasks.

This role plays an integral part in building a closely connected culture and establishing an efficient operating rhythm. You will receive, prioritise and delegate production briefs, assist in planning
