**Job Description:**

CenturyLink is seeking a dedicated and proactive Office Manager to join our dynamic team in a work-from-home capacity. As an Office Manager at CenturyLink, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operational workflows and effective communication within our remote working environment. This is a part-time position, ideally suited for individuals who thrive in a flexible setting while maintaining high standards of excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Office Administration:**
- Oversee general office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and maintaining filing systems.
- Ensure that office supplies are ordered and stocked appropriately, keeping track of budgets and inventory.
- Manage and organize Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams meetings, preparing agendas and materials as needed.

2. **Communication Facilitation:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding promptly to inquiries.
- Maintain effective communication channels within the team and across departments to support collaboration and information flow.

3. **Team Support:**
- Provide administrative support to team members, including document preparation, report generation, and managing correspondence.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new employees by providing necessary information and training related to office policies and procedures.

4. **Project Coordination:**
- Collaborate with project managers to track progress on various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
- Help in preparing project-related documentation and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.

5. **Time and Task Management:**
- Utilize time-management skills to prioritize tasks, ensuring that critical deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Monitor and report on office performance metrics to help identify areas for improvement and efficiency.

6. **Facilitation of Remote Work:**
- Implement and maintain best practices for remote operational effectiveness and productivity.
- Foster a positive team culture remotely by encouraging team engagement and collaboration through virtual team-building activities.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** A minimum of 4 years of experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in a remote working environment.
- **Education:** Relevant degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Strong proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, project management tools) and familiarity with virtual communication platforms.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Confident in decision-making and problem-solving.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent teamwork skills, able to work harmoniously with diverse teams.
- Strong time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of work.
