Admin / Secretarial / Office Support Administration Sydney Permanent / Full Time 30/10/2024 Based in Rushcutters Bay Experienced Senior Administration or Office Manager Permanent full time Role Casual but busy environment Our client acts on behalf of clients to facilitate the syndication of boats ranging from 40ft-100ft.
Their team has a wealth of knowledge and experience and is focused on the boating requirements of their clients.
They have a variety of luxury boat brands, styles and sizes in their fleet.
They offer their clients complete peace of mind and a boating lifestyle that is totally hassle free as all the organising is done by the team.
Due to expansion they are currently looking for an admin assistant/office manager who is a positive and highly motivated individual to add value to a high performing team.
Duties will be varied but will include:- Manage day-to-day office operations, including coordinating owners bookings, swap requests, scheduling catering, skippers and training for clients Handle incoming communications, such as phone calls and emails, and provide prompt responses  Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems for efficient data management.
Handling boat fuel calculations, staff timesheets on a weekly basis Serve as a point of contact for owners and potential clients, handling enquiries and ensuring a warm, professional reception.
Coordinate owner orientations, events, and assist with bookings and scheduling requests as needed.
Collaborate with the fleet team to address client needs, special requests, and any other service-related matters.
Assist in managing client bookings, preparing vessel-related documents, and coordinating logistics for owner trips.
Ensure timely communication of fleet updates, vessel availability, and service notices to clients and staff.
Organize office events, team meetings, and staff activities to promote a positive office culture.
Provide general support to staff in areas such as onboarding, training, and day-to-day administrative needs.
Coordinate and assist in planning owner events.
To be eligible to apply you will need to have strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent people skills, the ability to follow tasks through and consistently meet deadlines, demonstrate an ability to pick up new programs and systems quickly and easily.
We are looking for someone who has experience in a Senior Administration role who is able to communicate clearly and concisely.
