Office Manager & Relieving Registrar – Wagga Wagga Location – Wagga Wagga Employment type – Ongoing, Full Time Salary – $93,295.00- $102,941.00 PA, Plus Employers Contribution to Superannuation and Leave Loading We are recruiting now to fill two vacancies (Office Manager & Relieving Registrar). Both positions are based at Wagga Wagga with the Relieving Registrar position required to travel to multiple locations within the West Southwest and may include overnight stays. Some of these locations may involve working in single staff Court Houses.
A talent pool may be created to fill future ongoing and temporary vacancies for the roles of Registrar / Office Manager / Relieving Registrar within the Wagga Wagga hub.
Your role You will be responsible for a team delivering high quality and professional services to clients. Supervising the team, you will promote a positive working environment that values ethical behaviour and good performance whilst meeting statutory and administrative obligations.

Applicants must hold a current Australian Drivers Licence.
What you'll do Managing, developing and motivating staff in a fast paced and challenging environment. Implement procedures and training to ensure staff are adequately skilled and informed of procedural and legislative changes to ensure best practice and standards in the delivery of quality services to clients. Provide advice and report to senior management on the registry's operations and contribute to the development of procedural changes that enhance client service and/or improve efficiency. Contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives that aim to improve work practices. Adapts to work in different jurisdictions.
