Office Manager - Part-Time

Our client is an institutional landlord and employer of choice with an enviable investment portfolio of assets under management.
They offer a collaborative and supportive working environment for their staff.
A new opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager to join their dynamic and fast paced team to deliver comprehensive office support to the broader team.
With a key focus on nurturing the already strong office culture, this will be a really fun role for someone who enjoys coordination of events and functions for staff.
Additional duties: Coordination of staff functions and events.
Onboarding of new staff, IT set up and troubleshooting.
Administration support to various commercial property departments.
Diary and travel management.
Expenses and credit card reconciliations.
Implementing office processes and procedures.
You will possess strong interpersonal skills to ensure a close working relationship with staff across separate departments.
Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft suite is required .You will be joining a social, self-driven team with a down to earth culture where using initiative and integrity are promoted.
