We have an opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join our Office Services team in Canberra.More about the role and the teamJoining a national firm, your role is to manage the office services team and oversee all day-to-day activities and functions of the team in the Canberra office.As a vital link between national teams and other branches, you will be liaising directly with internal stakeholders, clients, and service providers.You are expected to lead and encourage your team and the wider office to promote a respectful and collegiate environment with a "customer first" focus.Your daily tasks will range from organising and attending monthly Partner meetings, coordinating support staff coverage, managing office stock and supplies, being the contact for building management, coordinating social committee and office events, acting as an IT liaison officer, managing team finances, and other ad hoc tasks.More about youWe are seeking applications from experienced Office Managers with 4+ years' experience, ideally in a corporate environment.You will have had experience directly managing a team as well as proven client relationship building skills.Experience in a legal office environment will be considered highly advantageous to your application.Background Screening: Successful applications will be subject to pre-employment and in some circumstances, ongoing background checks which include a criminal history check.For further information regarding this opportunity please contact Nikki Costelloe on +61 2 4924 7307.
