Office Management (Administration & Office Support) We are seeking a Full-time Office Manager to join our dynamic Team. Welding Solutions is an industry leader in water truck manufacturing due to our high-quality innovative designs and excellent customer service. We supply new water trucks and spare parts to Australia's largest Mining, Civil and Plant Hire companies. We offer excellent working conditions with a friendly team environment based at our office/workshop in Bibra Lake. Core hours: 8.30 am - 4.30 pm, 5 days per week. Alternative days/hours may be negotiable. The Role The key tasks and responsibilities for the role are outlined below: Answer and direct telephone and email enquiries. Assist with sales support and marketing tasks. Prepare and process Truck licensing forms and dealership records. Administrative assistance and email management to the company Director. Process credit applications and supplier applications. Prepare accounts and BAS for external Bookkeeper and Accountant. HR activity including team recruitment and onboarding of new employees. Daily data entry and reconciliation of accounts. Running the accounts payable monthly batch payment process. Maintenance of inventory management system. Ad hoc office duties as required. Skills and Requirements Certificate in Accounting or Bookkeeping or similar. Experience with Xero accounting software and data entry is essential. Previous experience in a similar bookkeeping, administration, personal/Executive assistant, or office role is essential for this role. Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, and Outlook. Previous experience with Inventory management software applications preferred. Strong communication skills and high attention to detail. Ability to multi-task priorities to ensure a smooth office flow. Must be self-motivated and reliable. Work efficiently with excellent time management skills. Be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident.
