We're looking for an Office Manager to oversee our vibrant Customer Engagement Hub in our brand-new Toowoomba office! Reporting directly to the Executive General Manager of Organisational Effectiveness and Communication, you'll play a vital role in keeping our office running smoothly, ensuring a positive experience for our customers, visitors, and team members alike.

What You'll Do: Customer Engagement Hub Management: Oversee customer overflow calls from branches and lead a small team in the Customer Hub. Travel Coordination: Manage domestic and international travel bookings, with a focus on policy and process improvements. Front Desk Operations: Ensure the front desk is running smoothly and all visitors feel welcomed, although you won't be stationed at the desk. Meeting Room Management: Prepare meeting rooms, coordinate catering, and work with other team members to ensure meetings are set up efficiently. Support: Collaborate closely with our Executive Assistant and assist with branch support, connecting teams to ensure effective communication. What You'll Bring: Experience in Office Management or Administration: You're skilled in handling daily office operations and can adapt to a fast-paced environment. Strong Communication Skills: You can engage with everyone from farmers to the CEO, adjusting your communication style to fit the audience. Project and Event Coordination Skills: Experience managing events or similar projects is a plus. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly pick up new software.
