Responsibilities:
Greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls and delivering A1 service to our Clients. Coordinating appointments and meetings, managing staff calendars and schedules. Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations. Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels. PPE ordering and management. Assisting Managing Director and Operations Manager. Unpacking and organizing company freight. Qualifications:
Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience. Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and planning skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of accounting, data, and administrative management practices and procedures. Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures. Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages. Applicant must be willing to obtain forklift and loader license. Must have a valid Driver's License. Position Details:
Full-time position available, located in Wynyard.
