Short Term Contract: 28th October - 31st March
Based in Botany
Our client is a specialist infrastructure and building company that promotes a positive and inclusive company culture. While this client has offices across the entire country this role will be supporting the team in the Sydney Office based in Botany. There is free parking available onsite and the role will require a personal vehicle. This role is well suited to a candidate that finds success working autonomously in a quiet office environment.
This role will have you providing support to ensure the smooth running of the office. These duties include but are not limited to;
Administrative support for the team and wider businessTravel bookingSetting up and maintaining Meeting roomsOrdering office suppliesAssisting with recruitment processes including phone screening, onboarding and offboarding Greeting visitors and guestsAssisting with Accounts Payable and Payroll functionsAccepting deliveries and liaising with couriers Must-Haves:
Previous experience in an administerial or office manager roleStrong communication skills in English (written and verbal)Full working rightsA current driving license with your own car Desirables:
