About Us: Wardle Construction is a down-to-earth company, specialising in Form/Reo/Pour packages for beautiful, architecturally designed, high-end residential projects in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

Position Overview: As Office Manager for Wardle Construction, you'll play a crucial role in our office team of 4.
Based in our Banksmeadow officee, you'll ensure the smooth operation of our office, providing essential support to the team and enabling efficient delivery of our projects.
This is a full-time role, but we may consider school hours for the right person.
Key Responsibilities: Finance Pay & reconcile supplier invoices in Xero & Ascora Create/submit project deposit, millstone & completion invoices Process payroll Attend quarterly CFO meeting with Directors Follow up outstanding invoices Back cost projects Cashflow forecasting Sales Support Manage office phone & email Create quotes in our software management system Ascora Send & follow up client questionnaires & quotes Coordinate with Systems Admin & Directors on how we can improve Follow new client verification process using Service NSW, Creditor Watch Book pre-start inspection checklists for Project Director & Clients HR Oversee staff onboarding & induction requirements Set up in staff in Xero & Ascora & maintain accurate records Track completed timesheets in Ascora with subcontractor invoices Organise onsite cake deliveries for birthdays!
