About The Role:
As the Office Manager, you will ensure the seamless operation of the Corporate Office. Your responsibilities will include managing office supplies, overseeing daily facility operations, and supporting staff to foster an efficient and productive work environment. This role is crucial in supporting the organisation's operations and maintaining a well-organized, positive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily management of office facilities, including interactions with contractors, cleaners, and handypersons.
Serve as the emergency contact for office, building security.
Manage office security systems, including CCTV, ICT, access control, and card/key management,
Manage vendors for various services
Ensure compliance with regulations, including statutory maintenance, certifications, space optimization, and green initiatives.
Establish and maintain Fire & Safety procedures
Ensure OH&S compliance by identifying potential hazards and reviewing processes as needed.
Support special projects like office refurbishments and maintenance.
Assist with event setup, including CEO and Leadership Team events, managing furniture and equipment as needed.
Handle financial tasks such as budget management and reporting.
Skills and Experience:
3-5 years of experience/exposure to Office Management/ Facilities Management
Understanding of WHS Act NSW
Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance
Proficiency in financial management and technical systems
Skilled in risk assessment, fire prevention, and emergency management
Occupational Health & Safety exposure
Event Management Skills
Competence in Microsoft Office, Concur, SAP or an ERP , and SharePoint
