We are on the lookout for an Office Manager with 3 to 5 years recruitment administration and office management experience to join our awesome team.

THE ROLE As the Office Manager, reporting to one of the Partners of the business, you will be responsible for supporting our consultants and working closely on administration tasks that enable the business to run smoothly.
You will also be running the fortnightly payroll for our contractors in the market as well as creating contracts for our temporary workers and assisting with their onboarding to our payroll system.
Other responsibilities include: Ensuring the office is well stocked in terms of equipment and general office amenities.
Event Management; assisting with acquiring venues, booking catering, advertising events and their overall smooth running.
Answering the office phone and directing queries to the appropriate Consultant, ensuring excellent customer service to all our customers.
Supporting with the creation of proposal documentation.
Making regular updates to our website, publishing articles and ensuring the correct information is displayed.
Other ad hoc administration as required by the team.
Updating and managing our recruitment system, ensuring the correct information is displayed.
Running reports from the system for Management.
Assisting with the RFP processes, preparing documentation and remaining in communication with our Clients.
Booking interviews for Consultants, as well as arranging meetings between Clients and Candidates.
THE CRITERIA To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in an administration role with adeptness in multitasking, and meticulous attention to detail.
Moreover, discretion and professionalism are paramount, ensuring confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
A candidate with a positive attitude, heaps of initiative and problem-solving capabilities, plus a commitment to teamwork will excel in this administrative role.
