Evergreen Consultants is a bespoke investment consulting group that works closely with financial planning groups to provide them with robust investment solutions.

We have assembled one of the best and largest consulting teams in the financial services industry, so that we can service our clients in a way that no other group has done before.
The role We are currently seeking an office manager to work with us on a part-time basis for about 25-30 hours a week. 
The role is broad and best suited to a self-motivated, experienced and practical person.
A typical day would include
Manage the day-to-day office operations of a boutique investment businessSchedule meetings and appointmentsManage staff and client events, general client managementManage relationships with vendors, sub-tenants, service providers and landlordManage contracts with clients and vendorsWork with accountant and accounts person to ensure financials are up to dateManage annual auditProvide assistance to DirectorProvide general support to staff, clients and visitorsThe skills and experience we expect a potential employee to have are:
Interest in the investment spaceExceptional attention to detailStrong organisational and time management skillsAn ability to work autonomously and independentlyA creative mind with an ability to suggest improvementAn ability to manage relationships with a diverse range of clients, vendors and so onProficiency in the Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven experience in a similar roleGood spoken and written EnglishThe firm and the environment We are a small boutique firm.
