What's the position? We are in search of an office culture advocate - the welcoming face that greets our team and aids them in finding solutions. The ideal candidate will proactively offer assistance, anticipate challenges, and be well-informed about all activities at Plenti. To excel in this role, you must understand that providing an exceptional customer experience starts with ensuring a vibrant and enjoyable work environment. This part-time position is located at our Pirie Street Office.
What will you be responsible for?
• Provide administrative support to our Adelaide team, handling tasks such as managing office supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and liaising with the building manager regarding facilities.
• Continually seek ways to enhance the work environment.
• Plan and oversee events and initiatives to foster a great workplace, including townhall meetings, office lunches, and volunteer activities.
• Conduct onboarding for new employees on company systems and assist with basic IT tasks like setting up new laptops and ordering hardware.
• Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the People & Culture team.
