About the Role:
We are looking for a solid office manager with good accounts skills who also enjoys being an EA/PA to the Directors, ensuring the office never runs out of coffee, and chasing leaders to make sure they have their billings/accounts in.
You will be the glue in the office, making it run smoothly and bringing great vibrancy to the team.
This is a perfect role for anyone looking for part-time hours; we are open to full-time but see this as a great opportunity for someone ideally looking for 5 days a week during school hours.

Responsibilities include: Looking after the day-to-day operations and smooth running of the officeRunning accounts, AR, AP, Credit Card Reconciliation, and basic all-round bookkeeping for the businessBeing the operational and cultural heart and connection of the office (keeping it humming)Supporting Directors, Leaders, and Team where needed with administration supportWorking hand in hand with Accountants, HR, IT, and Marketing teams and acting as the local on-the-ground personKeeping on top of what is going on in the office and business, ensuring meeting rooms are prepared and the office is presentable at all times for clients, stakeholders, and consultants coming in for meetingsEnsuring the main office number is answered (most calls come through mobiles)Keeping on top of all suppliers and agreements including phone, printing, office, and kitchen suppliesFacility management – ensuring any repairs, maintenance, or issues are resolved quickly and managing all contractors neededAssisting in organizing all internal and client events including cultural events, Friday night drinks, monthly all-team meetings, EOY and EOFY parties, client parties, and meetingsManaging all travel including fleet car, cabs/Uber, flights, and accommodationOther tasks as required About you:

You naturally think about the little things and keep on top of them, using lists and systems to manage multiple moving parts.

Ideally, you will have: 10+ years of work experience in a professional or corporate environmentA good background in Office Manager, EA/PA (with some accounts) roles and experience working with owners of SMEsA proactive, get-it-done approachA pride in your work and fulfillment from making offices and operations run smoothlyA professional manner and good interpersonal skillsBalanced, highly efficient, and effective time management skillsExperience in similar roles previouslyExperience in the property, building/construction, and professional services sectors will be highly regarded
