Sunshine Coast Internal Renovations – Maroochydore QLD
Sunshine Coast Internal Renovations (SCIR) is a local, family run business with over 25 years of construction industry experience. Being born and bred on the Coast, our roots run deep here, with "local" to us being more than just a word, it's in our DNA.
We are currently seeking a highly organised and customer service focused administration superstar with excellent communication skills to join our team based in Maroochydore.
This position will suit someone looking to develop their own administration skills while positively impacting our client base and company operations.
Your main duties will include yet are not limited to:
Front of House, managing incoming telephone calls & welcoming clients;Assisting with email enquiries in a professional & helpful manner;Ensuring up to date and accurate maintenance of company databases;Preparation and maintenance of Client files;Receiving goods from delivery chains.To successfully secure this position, it is essential you meet the following selection criteria:
Have a minimum of three years office experience;Experience with Xero, Buildertrend and Solo Assist construction software;Have experience in Microsoft Office programs;Strong written and verbal communication skills;Have strong attention to detail & accuracy;Commitment and willingness to learn;Strong sense of responsibility & motivation;Ability to take direction and at times work without supervision;Be professional and well-presented.Experience with BuilderTrend and Solo Assist is also preferred yet not essential as full training will be provided.
Remuneration will reflect the successful candidate's experience.
