Mount Glass & Glazing is a well-established and reputable locally owned glazing business, servicing the lower South East of South Australia and Western Victoria for over three decades.
We pride ourselves on delivering high quality workmanship, and specialise in the supply, installation, and glazing of residential and commercial windows and doors, shower screens, security doors, mirrors and more!
We are seeking an experienced Full time Office Manager to join our amazing Team!
Key tasks and responsibilities Liaise with stakeholders and clients to ensure clear communication and updates on projects as requiredDaily operational and administrative dutiesMaintain all internal and external communications in line with our company brandManage all documents and quality control of documentsProviding support and guidance to our office teamProvide a high level of customer service via face to face, telephone & email interactionsAssist with sales support and marketing tasksProcess credit applications and supplier applicationsManage company licensing & accreditationHR activity including managing staffing levels, team training, recruitment and onboarding of new employeesAd hoc office duties as requiredSkills and attributes Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skillsProfessional demeanour and presentationExperience with MYOB accounting software and data entryPrevious experience in a similar administration personal/Executive assistant or office roleIntermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft office products Word, Excel and OutlookStrong communication skills and high attention to detailAbility to multi-task priorities to ensure a smooth office flowMust be self-motivated, reliable with a strong work ethicWork efficiently with excellent time management skillsExperience in the building industry is preferable but not essentialBe an Australian Citizen or permanent residentWhat we offer Competitive remuneration packageLong term job securityBe part of a leading company with a reputation for excellenceGood working conditions within a friendly environment of driven individualsIf you believe you meet the above requirements and are looking for a chance to make a difference within a reputable business, please submit a cover letter and resume via the "Apply" button.
