Office Management (Administration & Office Support) Full time We are seeking a talented and switched on professional to be the backbone of our expanding Australian Owned company, working alongside and supporting Senior Executives, Heads of Department, and a vast variety of our other support services.
As a valued member of the team, you will juggle diverse responsibilities, including:
Managing our Southbank office, including liaising with building management, event coordination, and being the main contact for our national administration function.Reception front desk – phone screening, greeting visitors, maintaining board rooms.Formatting proposals, reports, and other documentation.Working closely with senior executives and all internal divisions and providing administrative assistance to staff and managers where possible.Coordinating expenses.Identifying and implementing projects and initiatives that could benefit the office and/or wider organisation, and contributing to office initiatives and improvements.Event planning and management – end-to-end organisation of internal company events including promotion, catering, decorations, etc.General administration duties as and when required.Ability to lead our interstate team of administrators, with a focus on engagement, collaboration, and continued improvement.Our ideal candidate will be polished and well presented, pride themselves on their high standards of work and attention to detail.
