Wood Recruitment has partnered with them to recruit an Office Manager / Executive Assistant to join their small, friendly team.
This exciting full-time position is to provide Executive Assistance to C Suite Executives and includes Human Resources support, payroll, accounts payable and receivables.

Provide high-level executive support to the CFO, Financial Controller, and Group Accountant Manage investment compliance, including KYC/AML updates and meeting regulatory deadlines Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and financial reporting processes Support the CIO with investment committee administration and documentation Coordinate office operations, including facilities management and IT coordination Ensure all corporate compliance and secretarial duties are met, including ASIC filings Please submit your resume, together with a cover letter.
