The Client With offices across the world, our client's head office is based in Brisbane. Established over ten years ago, they have grown steadily and are now expanding rapidly. Their global presence reflects a strong commitment to growth and innovation in their industry.

The Role In this brand-new role, you will manage the office and provide support to the CEO, COO and senior leadership team. As a key figure in the Brisbane office, you will play a pivotal role in fostering team morale.
This position offers a dynamic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the workplace culture.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Diary management; Arranging international travel / accommodation; Event coordination which includes liaising with VIPs globally; Preparing presentations; Assisting with Board papers / agenda preparation; Office management – telephone enquiries, facilities, office consumables, business expense reconciliations, couriers; Managing the HR function – employment agreements, leave calendar and forms. About You To be considered for this position, you will have the following skill set:
Previous experience working in a similar type of position; HR experience eg. HR process / employment contracts OR completed HR qualification is highly desirable; Advanced MS Office skills. What's on Offer If you are ready to call this role your own, apply today!
