We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Manager/All-Rounder to support one of the top agencies in the Eastern Suburbs.
In this role, you will provide administrative assistance to agents and oversee the efficient management of the office.
This role will require a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Handle compliance and administrative tasks for the sales process.
Prepare and maintain sales reports.
Assist with organizing team activities and schedules.
Manage client files in Google Docs and ensure accurate record-keeping.
File legal documents like Agency Agreements and Contracts of Sale.
Send email updates (Buyer Briefs) to real estate agents.
Manage social media accounts, posting updates on team achievements, buyer briefs, and news.
Manage the client experience with new, current, and past clients.
Provide post-purchase support, including recommending tradespeople and assisting with client moves.
Ensure the team has the tools and resources needed to do their jobs.
Keep the office organized and running smoothly.
Plan and coordinate team events and meetings.
Manage a virtual assistant and work with our marketing team to achieve goals.
Key Skills & Qualifications: Exceptional personal presentation and a professional phone manner.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to think critically and work autonomously, offering proactive solutions.
A client-focused mindset, dedicated to providing exceptional service to both clients and agents.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Google Docs.
Prior experience in the real estate industry (1-2 years preferred but not essential).
