3 Month Temporary Assignment for strong Administrator / Office Manager in Albany, WA...
Your new company
Your new company is a family-owned civil and profiling service provider, well known for their efficiency and quality. Two distinct branches deliver a variety of services across WA, including Civil Construction projects. The Albany office is seeking a temp worker from December for 3 months. Hours from 7.00am - 4.30pm.
Your new role

Assisting Supervisors & Engineers when required - PO's/accommodation etc.. Timesheets & Timesheet registers - Training current Administrator Vehicle Register Accommodation bookings Create Purchase orders in Procore & approve when needed Check all Invoices in Procore Purchase order requests - Office/D&A/Fuel Distributors/workshop when required Update CTC's when required PPE orders and register update Update Training Matrix Arrange paperwork for personnel to obtain machine tickets Calibration for Breathalyser Registers for Breathalysers/Two ways/Survey gear Fatigue Management Sheets collected and emailed to Perth Workshop Reimbursements CBH Site Pass Admin What you'll need to succeed
Strong Office Management / Administration experience, a good work ethic and a mentality to work hard. Communicate to work under pressure and communicate effectively. Confident in training current office administrator. Ability to commence from start of December for 3 months.
