Office Experience and Events Coordinator About Grill'd... About the role We are on the hunt for a superstar Office Experience and Events Coordinator – could this be you? As the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will own all aspects of the Grill'd customer experience, both over the phone and in person. This is a unique and diverse role where you get to support in managing and delivering events, ensuring our restaurants feel supported and that every caller and every guest feels welcome and enjoys a positive experience every time. * Maintain and organise the office, including common areas and supplies * Handle internal and external calls, queries and courier services * Manage meeting room bookings and Support Office car park * Book travel and accommodations, liaise with travel companies * Onboard new starters and manage farewell tasks * Assist with event planning and execution, including content creation and budget tracking * Email communication both internally and externally in a friendly and professional manner * General admin support to others in the business, as required About you You will be a Grill'd brand advocate and love our burgers as much as we do. And will go above and beyond to provide that wow moment for all stakeholders. * You have had experience in a customer facing/reception/office managerial role * You have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Your style is engaging and a positive reflection of the brand you represent * Your professional telephone manner is friendly and polite, and you know your regular callers by name * You will be a natural born organiser – you're probably the one in your friend group that books the dinners and creates the holiday itinerary * You have excellent attention to detail. Not much is missed by you. * Everyone considers you a real team player and the 'go-to' person for everything. * You are a whiz in MS Office. * You are a problem solver: you can play Tetris with meeting rooms or find a solution for that cancelled flight.
