About the Role Reporting to the Office Manager, the Office & Experience Administrator will be responsible for providing exceptional office and reception experience services to the business while creating an engaging and positive experience for all those that utilise and visit it.
Key responsibilities include: Brisbane Office Management Keeping the office well stocked with everything required to ensure that people have access to what they need to have a positive and productive experience in the office. Ensuring the office is clean, organised and well presented by monitoring the performance of the cleaners and cleaning and tidying as required. Supporting the success of Town Halls and other internal functions in the kitchen break out space. Front Office Enhance external visitor experience and hospitality. Act as first point of contact for Meeting Room AV/VC troubleshooting and equipment testing. Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and couriers. Catering and Internal Social Functions Maintain relationships with good quality catering providers. Understanding dietary requirements across the business. Deliver themed monthly social functions in consultation with different committees across the business. Ensure the drinks fridge and snacks are well stocked for Friday afternoon drinks.
