Conduct repairs and maintenance on MFD/Copier and printer units, focusing on Konica Minolta and Kyocera machines.
Demonstrate proficiency in Network IT and troubleshoot technical issues (or a strong willingness to learn).
Load and configure software on PCs with ease.
Make autonomous decisions and showcase a versatile skill set.
Skills and Attributes:
Proven experience in MFD/Copier and printer repairs, especially with Konica Minolta and Kyocera machines (or a strong willingness to learn).
Technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, including Network IT proficiency (or a strong willingness to learn).
Comfortable loading and configuring software on PCs.
Versatility and willingness to assist with various tasks.
Professional presentation and demeanor.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong time-management abilities.
Eagerness to learn and apply new skills across a range of printer devices.
Availability:
Ready for on-call shifts, including after hours and weekends.
