About the Role Sime Darby are seeking an Office Coordinator (Safety and Sustainability) to join our team. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.
In this position, you will:
Provide administrative assistance to the Manager of HSE Operations and the wider team, working closely to ensure delivery of tasksPrepare and collate safety reportsSupport staff across multiple regionsCoordinate travel and accommodationManage the flow of incoming and outgoing correspondenceOrganise and facilitate meetings – including minute taking and agenda preparationEvent management as required (this could include virtual liaison with counterparts overseas)Why Sime Darby?
