The Role We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Coordinator to join our operations in Poland. It will be your job to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
The responsibilities include: Running the company's office in CracowHandling the document flow, incoming/outgoing correspondence, etc.Contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providersDealing with external suppliers/service providers (office supplies, cleaning products, coffee, tea, etc.)Handling courier deliveriesMaintaining a tidy office and company image - coordinating and monitoring cleanliness in the office and company premisesBusiness travel management via Egencia and being a 'go-to' person for all travel questionsProviding general support to visitorsSupporting employees with expense processingParticipation in the organization of conferences, training courses and company eventsCooperation with archivesRequirements 2+ years of experience in a similar positionEnglish language proficiencyIndependence and proactiveness'No task is too big, no task too small' attitudeImpeccable manner and good communication skillsAbility and willingness to learnGood planning and organization of own work, multi-taskingExperience with MS OfficeWe offer Stable employment and competitive salaryStandard working benefits such as Medicover, MultiKafeteriaOffice in Krakow city centerGrass Valley offers competitive compensation packages in an energizing and supportive work environment.
