This is a permanent part time role for 20-25 hours per week over four days, based on-site in Perth, Western Australia.

What will you be responsible for?

Provide exceptional customer service to colleagues whilst acting in the best interests of the business.Manage the day to day operation of the Perth office - distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, help organise meetings and on site events by booking meeting rooms, ordering refreshments, access control badges, visitor logs, travel booking, couriersLiaise with Building management as requiredManage ordering, distribution and stock control for office supplies (kitchen, cleaning)Monitor and respond to shared mailbox requests (reception)Support HR and Corporate IT team with site based duties as requiredAd-hoc administration activities and support as requested

What You'll Bring To The Role

Self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative and enjoy problem solving with minimal supervision.Good communication skills especially when dealing with colleagues booking requests and not being afraid to challenge things that do not comply with Company policy.Outstanding organisation skills are required to juggle a wide range of responsibilities affecting different colleagues who will have different priorities to one another.Be a flexible team player who will respond to requests for help at short notice.Experience working with Finance and HRFacilities / office management experienceKnowledge of Google suite (desirable)
