Office Coordinator Opportunity An opportunity for an Office Coordinator has become available at a global business in Melbourne's CBD.
What you'll be doing:

The primary focus of the Office Coordinator is to ensure the ongoing commitment of staff services, as well as front of house duties, office facilities, and tenancy security, whilst ensuring the general upkeep of all office areas such as kitchens, print rooms, meeting rooms, and communal areas.

The role is part of the Office Services team, responsible for mailroom and amenities, along with administrative tasks to support the office.
This is a temporary role with a view to go permanent.
