Our Career Opportunity Due to an internal promotion, we now have a newly created role for an Office Coordinator to join our team.
The Office Coordinator is instrumental in ensuring that the office runs smoothly on a daily basis. They ensure that everybody coming into the office has an excellent experience which includes staff, clients, customers, and candidates. The Office Coordinator will administer a range of office tasks to support the staff in focusing on their roles to help the business achieve set goals.
Working as our Office Coordinator you will get the opportunity to: Greet all staff and visitors to the office and ensure they have an excellent experienceAssist with office morale and staff engagement by having a positive attitude and demeanor personally and professionallyEnsure the office is neat, tidy, and equipped for use to allow staff to work to full potentialMaintain meeting rooms by tidying up after meetings, cleaning whiteboards, and replenishing suppliesManage the office kitchen, ensuring cleanliness by loading and unloading the dishwasher, organizing and restocking the fridge, cleaning the coffee machine, and ordering kitchen supplies as neededSet up appointments, meetings, and manage meeting rooms and car park allocationArrange post and deliveries including couriersAssist the Leadership team with administrative dutiesAssist with other administrative tasks such as PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel spreadsheetsSupport the Office Manager in organizing, executing, and dismantling both external and internal eventsRequirements Experience working in a customer service environment such as Retail or HospitalityHigh level of knowledge of office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, Canva)Able to work in the office 5 days a weekOccasional requirement for flexible hours to support events and meetingsA friendly and approachable demeanor paired with a proactive mindsetStrong organization skills with attention to detail and ability to multitaskExcellent communication skills coupled with customer service focusOptimistic mindset with ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive working relationshipsFlexible in approach to work, willing to juggle priorities as neededHigh standard of professionalism with integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential informationBenefits Paid Birthday LeaveAccess to Employee Assistance ProgramRegular team gatherings including monthly team lunchProfessional development opportunities and continuous learningFinancial benefits through Discount StoreOur clients are diverse, and so are we.
