Your new role


Your new role as an Office Coordinator you will join a fantastic business situated in the Northern Suburbs. You will be an integral part of a renowned business responsible for duties not limited to: Senior Administrative duties Reception cover and attending to guests Manage and process purchase quotes and orders Sorting mail and filing. Match and verify dockets to invoices, ensuring accurate coding and checking. Conduct weekly payment runs via EFT, BPAY, and credit card. Prepare and reconcile monthly expense reports and travel diaries for the Manager. Reconcile supplier accounts monthly with accounts payable. Perform bank reconciliations and necessary journal entries. Track and process inventory of chemicals and commodities. Maintain and update employee records and timesheets for payroll. Assist employees with workcover forms and liaise with insurers. Monitor and manage raw material stock and related documentation. What you'll need to succeed


To be considered for this role, you will meet the following criteria:
Excellent verbal and written communication Organised and able to meet deadlines Efficient time management and prioritisation skills Capability to work independently Strong Administrative skills and experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Excellent time management and attention to detail Ability to demonstrate initiative Ability to be responsible for additional duties such as shipping, liaising with suppliers, transport companies, factory staff, and Head Office management What you'll get in return
