The Position

We require an Office & Café Coordinator to support our busy café located in our head office in Adelaide CBD. No day will be the same in this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations in the café and ensuring the office facilities are maintained throughout the day. You will put your strong administration skills to use managing the office facilities, supporting with catering for events and stocktake and stationary orders. The position is Monday to Friday 7:45am 3:30pm.

Responsibilities & Duties

Coordinate daily operations of office and cafeWelcome internal and external visitors to the cafeManage mail, deliveries, and escalate facility or equipment issues as needed.Supervise and delegate tasks to cafe assistantMaintain inventory of office supplies, kitchen, and bathroom necessities.Serve coffee to staff and visitors, taking orders and preparing beverages.Ensure café cleanliness and stock levels are maintained.Build a rapport with a list of approved catering suppliers for team events.Who are you?

You will have experience in a similar position and proven administrative experienceExperience managing inventory and supplies.Leadership experience directing tasks to others.Barista skills preferred.Strong communication and organisational skillsCommitment to exceptional customer service.Detail-oriented with a passion for maintaining high standards.Friendly and able to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.What's in it for you?
