Your new role In this exciting role, you will: Respond to customer queries through inbound and outbound calls and emails, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
Process customer orders and generate sales orders and invoices, making sure everything runs smoothly from order to delivery.
Schedule work for delivery to customers, coordinating all aspects to ensure timely and efficient service.
Manage accounts receivable, maintaining accurate records and ensuring payments are received promptly.
You'll be at the heart of customer service, having a real impact on every task you handle.
Ready to take on this dynamic and rewarding role? What you'll need to succeed To excel in this role, you'll need: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
A quick learner mindset, capable of picking up new accounting systems and procedures swiftly.
Strong attention to detail and superb time and task management skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Availability for in-office hours from 8.00am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
