OFFICE ASSISTANT Join Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Australia's leading independent law firm. We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Office Assistant to join our Legal Support Hub, based in our Perth office on a full-time basis.
Our Legal Support Hub supports in the delivery of high-quality administrative services. The Office Assistant is responsible for a range of administrative tasks including but not limited to document production, scanning and binding; company and title searches; time recording and courier requests.
We are looking for proactive office assistants who demonstrate exceptional organisational and communication skills, with an eye for detail. You will demonstrate flexibility and confidence to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high-performing teams.
Required skills and experience: Some experience in legal or general administration. Excellent communication skills. Customer service driven with the ability to maintain a high quality of work whilst meeting deadlines. A strong eye for detail to ensure all work produced is of the highest standard. High level organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively so that deadlines are met. The ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters that are handled. The ability to work within a team environment to assist co-workers as needed. Confidence to seek assistance or clarification where necessary.
