Job Description
About the role We are looking for a person that wants to work in a fast-paced busy environment and be the face of the company.
We need an office champion interested in Human Resources.
An all-rounder, confident to take on a range of tasks and be able to juggle multiple deadlines.
No two days will be the same and you will be supporting a great team who will appreciate your hard work.
The role is very versatile and will include reception work, administration tasks and supporting our Human Resources and Head Office team.

Responsibilities include (but aren't limited to); Greeting visitors and answering incoming and directing calls.Booking travel and accommodationCoordinating of events and celebrations.Ensure all office supplies and stationery are ordered and maintained.Ordering and coordination of uniform and onboarding welcome packs with external vendors.Provide administrative assistance for various teams within the business Experience Essential skills and experience: Demonstrated experience in Office Administration or Office Management.Minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role.Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, MS teams, SharePoint.Ability to communicate effectively, manage time effectively and manage priorities and data.Ability to learn and use multiple systems and platforms.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to keep information confidential.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a team and autonomously.Interest in Human ResourcesDriver's Licence and own vehicle is desirable.
