This role requires you to be physically present 5 days a week but that's ok because you will be welcoming all sorts of amazing people through our doors including studio guests, podcasters, and clients. Reporting to the National Administration Manager, your key duties will include:Providing professional front office & administrative dutiesManage a multiple phone line system – answer, forward, message and general enquiriesMeet and greet all visitors ensuring compliance with our visitor protocolsManage NE's 'Contact Us' formsManage incoming and outgoing mail including arranging local & interstate couriersOpen and close reception (our reception hours are 8.30-5.30)Proactively manage all office housekeeping/stock inventory management including kitchen and stationary suppliesProactively check tidiness and safety standards of reception area and wider office.Manage distribution + recording of listener prizes (database management)Provide assistance where required with Team Meet (our fortnightly meeting for all Sydney Staff)Provide administration and business support to Market Lead and Leadership Team when requiredAs a part of the National Administration Team, manage all calls allowing for each team member's coordinated breaks, personal + annual leave, or if required to work on admin/project and housekeeping tasks where they are unable to answer phones.
